Basic Blueprint Reading Course

Course Description: The object of the course is to develop skills to understand reading of specifications and commercial building blueprints.

Instruction will include: Construction Documents and Language, Types of construction, Site Work & Plot Plans, Structural Steel Construction, Reinforced Concrete, Finished Construction (Architectural Drawings), Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical Systems, Safety/Security, ADA Act and Building Codes.
